Shock of shocks, this completely original portion is actually written pretty well! Back when I was a young fic writer, it took me a few years to realize that not only was I better at writing when I wasn't confining myself to following an existing plot, but also that doing so was more fun. Hopefully this writer realizes that sooner rather than later ( ... )

I was actually wondering how Ginny came to have three bears given how money is tight within the Weasley household rather than thinking Cassie should let her pack all three bears, but everything else crossed my mind as well when I read through that particular scene.

I gotta say I don't remember the last time there was a Mary Sue/Draco pairing with an original Weasley character. I mean, that's not GOOD, but it's different. I suspect, however, that the only reason she's a Weasley is that it's a way to get into the Trio.

It's definitely a novice writer who just wants to make out with Tom Felton. There's definitely potential- the scenes with her with her family are definitely the least bad, downright decent. Of course, once she gets to Hogwarts she just derails everything.
