She doesn't. What she knows is at most one individual, but even that is iffy and she's more likely to have gone off the stereotype.

I know a lot of people who are autistic, but I also find a lot of the AUs which make a canon character autistic insulting. The fact the writer thinks it is okay to make a character autistic "because why not" just adds to the insult going on ( ... )
