I find this one honestly a bit annoying.

Why don't writers get the "where the characters generally remain the same but the setting changes" part? Rarely, if ever, do I change the characters for the AUs I write. The reason is, I tend not to explore the alternate character personality stories because I love the characters as is, but I also haven't delved into an AU where someone's personality would end up changing.

This was just thrown together in a matter of minutes, but comes across as the writer not putting any effort in. How many other words, what with them being in "parts" are in similar shape?
