I tried testing out the new manner in which to post entries that is in Beta right now, as it should hopefully prevent the HTML coding issues I’ve had every so often because I get one single part off. What's the point of said feature when you can't copy and paste as is? I mean, I don't mind loosing the feature which allows one to select one's font

I agree that this writer is probably pretty young, as their writing mistakes seem pretty juvenile (lack of description, minimal character development, no mention of setting, etc) but nothing truly screams "Mary Sue" to me; it's especially noticeable that there isn't any room in this measly 277 word story to even see anything truly awful about this story aside from suffering from typical new author mistakes.

There's a reason I gave this one the okay rating. For me the story screamed "self-insert" and not "Mary Sue", but some people would sadly label the story as a Mary Sue simply because it screams "self-insert". One of the reasons I choose to feature the story is because it's a good example of why one shouldn't do that. I don't get to do that very often.

The other reason is I choose to feature this one is it's cute, and I figured one of the minions might like to encourage this particular writer, particularly after reading the first review the writer got on the story. I honestly don't know why the reviewer thought it was a good idea to talk about keeping a human for a pet when that's just going to confuse the reader. I'm an adult, and it confused me.
