They look alright to me - although I am not an expert - erm probably need tags though.
Otherwise they are lovely, not taking now, but will credit if I do later :)

Tags look fine to me... and as long as you credit potterpuffs (which you did)I'm 99.9% sure you're allowed to make icons from them.
