Did Jack live to the ripe old age of 73?

Well, the date and possibly the name (depending on your personal fanon) is a bit off, but I thought it was neat nonetheless!

This site, Cape Cod Gravestones, lists numerous names from the 18th century, as well as their gravestone epitaphs. Great if you're tired of Mary, Virginia, and Tom, but can't think ( Read more... )

That's a little early for him to be 73.

That website is great! Did you notice there are three Thankfuls listed -- each from a different family.

Brilliant gravestone! A flying skull seems just the sort of thing Jack would go for, although I can't see him getting too enthusiastic about planning his grave. Given the dates, maybe it's a relative. Or maybe he just stole the name off it... Wow! That's it! I want to put that in a story ( ... )
