Here's a Will/Norrie fic that I fell in love with a while back http://www.fanfiction.net/s/1522330/1/A_Windward_Tide I was so struck by how IC and how believable it was. It's set pre-COTBP.

It has a sequel http://www.fanfiction.net/s/1706169/1/Between_Wind_&_Tide but I haven't gotten around to reading that one yet.
