I suppose I like this pairing because it requires a lot more thought to make it plausible. It's also quite sexy to boot, but we'll leave the fangirling out this, eh? I rather like the dynamics of Beckett's character in general, and reading about him trying to win over Elizabeth is always fun, especially when he tries and fails for a bit. I think the interaction between the two could expanded into some of the most interesting stuff in the movies, had their scene of "persuasion" been dragged out a bit longer
