So election is finally over. I'm really sick of all the election stuff. And now its the aftermath discussion of having a first black president blah blah blah. I understand what you mean. I don't mind politics but it's hard to vote when you fear both will do harm. It's not a good feeling. I guess we just have to hope for the best. Hopefully things will be all right.

How is your missionary doing? 11 months away.. that must be pretty exciting :)

yeah its still daunting in a way, but not when I think of only having 5 1/2 months of school, a 3 1/2 month internship and then getting back with 2 months left...which THAT will be the killer.
So have you started working on your papers then for a mission?

That's great that you'll have so much going on. Where are you going to be interning? I still haven't started my papers.. I feel a little uncertain. It seems everyone (except for Cody and my bishop) wants me to just get married and such. I don't know, it seems like everyone just assumes a guy should serve a mission and once he returns you need to get married. I want to go more than anything, and I've been praying about it a lot. So right now I'm just trying to decide what it is I should do.

That's gotta be hard. I was thinking about a mission for a while which would have put me out for probably 16 months after Mark got home but it just didn't feel right for me. Parents are great for advice, but not always 100% right.
