I'm sorta confused why everyone thinks this community is going downhill. In recent weeks, we've seen more posts from members and more introductions from new members and lurkers than we have since the surge around June when school got out for the summer

I love being a part of any community that has anything to do with pot.

I suggest maybe a theme week, or maybe a penpal post, or some sort of mailing project that everyone can be a part of. Mail is fairly inexpensive, amirite?

Maybe an inexpensive doodle pad, and we can send it in a bubble mailer. Stickers, drawings, photos. Can't cost that much.

They actually tried that idea in stonergirls and it failed miserably. But I still love the idea. We can try to get something together.

We had a big problem with unneeded disrespect a few months ago and I just laid down the banhammer and squashed it. I thought it had been pretty peaceful since then. But I'm basically the only active mod. I can't be in here 24/7 trying to read every post and stuff. We need one or two new people on the mod squad.

i've only joined this comm in the past 2 months so i wouldn't know about it going "downhill" but i love it here. maybe we need to start doing memes or something?
