To be fair, you could cut CHE a little slack at this time. They're currently in the process of being broken into many smaller pieces, which is never an easy process to go through for any established college. You may have selected them in an offhand manner, but in case not... keep in mind what they're dealing with right now. Everyone who works there is experiencing a massive amount of flux.
True, I'm biased, because my college is Wave I too. But speaking from personal experience, it's a very unique and difficult challenge to remain wholly industrious for a University that is not treating its entities in the most enlightened of fashions.
