I had thought about peole retiring from the NT (or simply not being called by Löw anymore) over the last few years. And basically everyone from that "generation" but Lahm crossed my mind, so I didn't expect this at all. The defence is going to be an adventure, indeed.

Nooo, I had about a hundred of spare cards from working at REWE when they had a special event where kids could trade their cards, but I left them at my parents' so my mum could give them away to friends and co-workers. But I'll ask her if there are still some of them left.

Yeah, Lahm has pretty much never been injured, and he's the rock in our defence, so I don't think anyone expected it @_@

Oh man, you worked at a card-trading event? XD What was it like? XD And awww, tyvm! I hope there are some still ^^

Well, our defence is shrinking... It's probably a good thing Holger is getting back in the game and everything.

The trading event was actually a lot of fun! XD Not as much as in 2012 when a guy actually wanted to pay me 10€ for a Gomez card (until his wife/girlfriend overheard and started screaming at him because WHAT THE HELL), but still pretty awesome. Also, they even brought me free coffee whenever I wanted and I pretty much just had to stand there wearing a jersey and discussing players/teams with the parents while the kids traded cards.

Aaalso, my mum gave all of my spare cards away, but I remembered that I have some "normal" cards behind the cards I also have in the shiny glitter version in my album (which I obviously forgot at my parents' place), but if you still need some cards, I can check if I have two of them when I get back the next time, just let me know. ;)
