XD I find that whenever I 'browse' the old chapters...I end up re-reading a whole arc, almost always. XD XD XD It's just so easy to get sucked in!

Oh god, I cringe every time someone uses the first verse of that anthem and associates it with the German NT. I mean, I'm sure it's all well-meant and never done on purpose, but uuuugh, history. :/

I once tried to read One Piece, as in, everything that was out at this point, since I'd followed the anime for quite a while and finally wanted to catch up with the whole story. BUT THERE IS SO MUCH OF IT, IT'S SO INTIMIDATING.
And every three months? Holy shit. They have to borrow me the time machine they're obviously using to manage that.

Yeah, I've seen similar sentiments from other Germans, and I do see where you guys are coming from. I just think that non-Germans are generally probably less aware of stuff like this, unfortunately.

XD Do you still follow One Piece? And yeah, I caught up with the manga around ~350 or so...I can't imagine trying it at 650! XD Not that people don't do it, but yeah...that would take some while and quite some stamina. XD Some people apparently have amazing stamina and can marathon read...which, great for them, but my brain is not equipped for that. XD

btw I haven't forgotten about that 4 favourite characters meme. I just...can't think of a fourth fandom in which I have a favourite character rn. XD;;;;;

Yeah, I think that's it, and I don't blame anyone for not being aware of it. Especially since it doesn't even sound so bad when you look at it out of historical context, and when you compare it to other national anthems *cough* France *cough*...

I've given up because I really didn't have the time. And my brain is probably not equipped for that, either. XD It's kind of sad, though, because whenever someone tells me something about a (new) chapter, it sounds pretty amazing.

Oh, that one! No problem. XD And if you really don't find a fourth one, three are fine, as well. ;)
