Lois was not happy. She'd woken up in the hospital in a daze for a few moments before everything that had happened rushed back at her. She was overwhelmed by the emotions that had engulfed her and focused on the one she knew how to handle, anger. That feeling was safe, and she clung to it with all her might as she broke out of the hospital and escaped to the street below.

She'd stolen the clothes from the first person she killed, and didn't stop to think why she couldn't smell or taste anything as she walked through Manhattan. She had no clue where she was headed, but she knew she needed to at least try and keep a low profile so the police wouldn't find her.

Once she saw Alison, all thoughts of a low profile went to the bottom of her list. All reason vanished, and she stepped forward, dark energy sparkling from her hands.

"Fancy seeing you here, sis."

The sound of her sister's voice actually startled her, and she whirled around, going to face her. Alison had visited her sister quite a few times when she'd been in the hospital, and she really had been worried about her. Right now, seeing Lois awake was partly a huge relief, and partly a huge problem. The last thing Ali wanted was for Lois to go off and cause problems for Jean-Paul and his sister.

"Lois!" she exclaimed. "What are you doing here?! When did you wake up?!"

Alison had told the hospital to inform her when that happened.

"Please," she snapped, throwing her energy haphazardly around. She didn't care where it landed or what destruction she caused. "As if you care what happened to me."

Lois focused a beam on Alison, knowing it wouldn't hurt her sister, but she needed to do something. She just wanted someone to hurt as badly as she was hurting. "Did you help them take her? I bet you did. I bet you were so happy for her to turn back to Aurora. You never want me to have anything. Not my father. Not our mother. Not my best friend. NOTHING."

Alison didn't even jump to avoid the beam. She let it hit her, not at all feeling any impact from it.

"What?! No! I was saving someone from Loki when that even happened--I had nothing to do with it!" Alison protested. No matter what Lois did, Alison still loved her underneath it all, she tried her best to do what she could. "Do you honestly think I wouldn't care when you were in a coma?! I visited you whenever I could!"

Alison didn't want to even touch the comment about parents.
