Okay, so maybe letting it slip to Gamzee that she had killed -- would eventually kill one of his good friends was a bad idea. But how was she supposed to know he'd flip his shit like that? Still, despite his new obsession with grinding her wings into stardust, she wasn't terribly worried. This was Gamzee they were talking about, after all. And she was still the strongest troll around. Having him sober up a little wasn't going to change that.

But while she was more than confident he wouldn't be able to bring her down, the others were a different case. And if he really did track her down, there was the tiny little problem of having him find and kill everyone else in the process. So when he'd called her out, she immediately set out from the hive, making sure it was out of sight before flying in low circles above the town. It wasn't like she was feeling a little protective of the others. No way. She'd just rather not give anyone any other shit to blame her for.

And then she saw him. Man, he looked like shit. She flew up behind him, ( ... )

Wasn't getting carried around like a ragdoll bad enough? Now Sis wanted to stick her in some stupid human hospital. But the pain was making her feel nauseous -- and practically teleporting wasn't making that any better. Maybe a hospital wouldn't be so bad. Hell, at this point she'd settle for lying on the floor, if Gamzee wasn't currently tearing up the pavement.

"Don't ask me! He's usually way more of a dope than this." She wasn't sure. She'd been caught off-guard. All were true, but none were things she wanted to admit. But even Vriska could tell bluffing wouldn't do anything now.

"His thinkpan's a fucking wreck -- for all I know, killing him's the only way to stop him. Which I would highly recommend. Seriously, feel free to."

The ground beneath his club practically cratered under the force of the missed hit, and he ripped it free again with a frustrated growl. This was not going according to plan. Not that he actually had anything remotely resembling a clearly laid out course of action, but he hadn't bothered to factor in the event of an interruption.

"BITCH GOT A MOTHERFUCKIN POINT." He reared up on them again, eyes wide and teeth bared in a horrifying smile. "But you'll never fuckin stop me." Not ever, and especially not before he was finished with her.

With another sudden burst of speed, he tried to fly by and rip Vriska from the adult female human wanna be guardian's arms. If anyone was going to kill Tavros, it should have been him. IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN HIM.

"Sounds like a KO it is," Sis muttered, not really wanting to kill the kid- he was a kid, not a goddamn monster, though she was sure Vriska would say otherwise- and not seeing many other choices. Now she just had to figure out how to do it. She was fairly sure she was fast enough- but not with Vriska in tow.

"Spiderbrat, I need to put you down-" she was interrupted by the boy flying by, and ducked out of the way with a quick twist of her body on one heel. "Shit. Yeah- definitely need to put you down for a second."

Her suggestion to kill Gamzee wasn't just a joke; while she'd much rather do the job herself, at this point it didn't really matter who did it. She just wanted to see him dead. But if Sis wanted to pull punches, then fine. Whatever. Her next suggestion, though, was even worse than wasting a perfectly good opportunity for revenge.

"Like hell you are! Who do you think he's going to go after first, dumba--" She was cut short by their sudden, jarring shift. Fuck, she was never going to get used to that ridiculous flash-stepping. Much as she hated to admit it, she'd be a sitting duck if Sis let her go now. The best she could do without her sword was reroll, but no matter how the dice landed, they weren't going to give her something that could stand up to Ancestral Awakening. But once they stopped and her vision settled, she could clearly see the impact from Gamzee's strike, and she decided that the sooner this was over, the better ( ... )

Gamzee barely even halted before changing direction and vanishing again in a burst of speed. This time he didn't go right for Vriska. This time he continued to dart about while keeping himself just outside of their field of vision. His patience - if one could even call it that- was wearing thin. He'll crush them both and grind their bones and paint beautiful pictures with each drop of life he drains from their bodies. Paint the walls, paint this entire fucking planet in all the colors he can get his hands on.

He wanted to hear them scream. He wanted to listen to the mirthful music of their bones snapping, their skin ripping and how their organs hit the ground with a wet slap. He'd put them all on display in such whimsical ways.

That train of thought sent a deadly thrill through him, and he pressed his teeth together and a wide and horrifying smile. When he finally darted at them again, he went for the human's legs. Can't fucking run without legs motherfucker.

"Up it is."

She was already gone by the time Gamzee turned to come at them again, the image left in her wake taken out at the knees as she deposited Vriska on a nearby rooftop. She pressed a finger to her mouth in quick warning and then disappeared again toward the other kid, tapping his shoulder with the side of her sword.

"Man kid, I really have to wonder just what you're aiming at."

No real use in making him madder- for all she knew, the madder he got, the stronger he'd be- but if he was too busy seeing red to think properly, she might be able to get more of an upper-hand on him.

Nothing left to do now but watch the fight from afar and wait. God, she hated waiting. Vriska stuck her tongue out at Sis's afterimage as she left, but kept silent. But not because she was told to or anything. She would have done it anyway.

Well, she didn't have to sit and be completely defenseless -- she could try rerolling. Her sword was a glowing blue dot on the pavement, and her "ultimate attack" didn't amount to much without it. She fished the Octet out of her pocket, actually hoping that for once they wouldn't call attention to her. Opting for something functional over something flashy was boring as fuck, but in this case, it was a sacrifice she had to make.

5, 1, 3, 2, 3, 7, 4, 6 = GRIM SLEEPER

The sword on the pavement vanished, and her normal clothes took the place of her coat and spiderweb skirt. A large blue scythe appeared in their place, and she idly twirled the grip in her hands. Not much of a replacement for a perfect roll, but given the circumstances, she'd have to settle.

((ooc; Since Vriska won't be doing much, ( ... )
