I went to an opening last night at + (plus gallery). Saw a fascinating film piece by Mike Olenik: the original and new versions of Psycho played over one another, superimposed, in their entirety. Just wonderful. They fall in and out of synchronization, the ghosts of the characters, of the films, and of the actors walk in and out, everything is this

i wish the act was more altruistic - as it were, the creature is my new partner but I do hope that I made the pain subside a bit (as the infection was nasty nasty and the nurse scrubbed the wound so hard it made my stomach turn)

plus is none too shabby - turns out it's run by one of my father's acquaintances/friends.
