Characters: Mark Marcello, Gawain Robards Location: Back Alley near The Packhorse and Talbot Date: August 25, 1999 Status/Warning: Private/Violence and swearing Summary: Investigating a possible crime scene Completion: Complete
Marcello was looking around outside, paying particular attention to the foot traffic and the cars on the street when Robards returned. "I'm not surprised." he grunted. "Fuck."
The pub was on a corner, so Marcello looked down both sides of the street before choosing one. "Let walk this side and then back track to the other street."
Robards nodded at his boss' suggestion. They walked down one side of the pub, stopping only when they reached an alley. This was obviously the alley that pub used. There was a back down and several dumpsters. Looking around he didn't see anything that stood out.
He grunted in agreement, continuing they examined two other alley ways until Marcello held up his hand. This alley was different. It was clean. Very little litter on the ground. The pavement even looked like it had been freshly put down.
Robards walked into the alley, taking his time to examine each and very detail. There were metal balconies with stairs that lead to the ground along both buildings. Several of them had flower pots or table and chairs; one even had one of those telly sets.
He squatted down to look closer at the ground. It was clean. Swept and even brand new. However, he took his wand and began to draw a line between the new pavement and the dirty pavement, wondering what would show up. A large figure and what look liked pooling began to form.

"Bollocks. This is where he was killed."
