Characters: Ron Weasley, Hermione Granger, Harry Potter? Date: 5th of September, 2000. Location(s): Respective/Grimmauld Place Summary: Ron gets up some nerve. Status/Warning: None. Completion: Incomplete.
"Ron," Harry interrupted, "you alright? You look terrible." Harry was buttering some toast and having tea, but he couldn't deny that immediately when Ron entered the room, the entire kitchen took on a gray, cloudy feeling.
"Yeah," Ron grumbled, making his way to the table. He pulled a chair out unceremoniously -- it screeched against the old tile floor -- and then took a clumsy seat. "Thanks, Harry."
He hadn't really talked about the trouble with Megan for a long time now; after July, it had seemed stupid to keep bringing it up, especially when everyone seemed so convinced they knew the right answer. Ron didn't want to look like he was slow at this sort of thing, even if he was. And he definitely didn't want to look like he thought of Hermione as much as he did -- or had been, lately. In all, Ron had no idea what he really wanted when it came to much of anything.
"I was just thinking. You know what that does to me," he joked at last, grinning groggily.

I don't know about you,
but I think rebuilding a proper library
is a noble cause in itself.

I hate the library.
Only prudish librarian types go there.

Yes, so it only seems fitting that I go there
as well.
So. I suppose we don't have to do anything...
