Cho could have been at the fundraiser; in a way, she really should've been. It was an honorable enough cause, after all, and it wasn't as if she didn't enjoy the library. But there was a difference between bidding on boys and putting in a personal donation, perhaps, and she would've felt very odd putting up money for time with someone like Ron Weasley -- who really would've been her only bid, considering it would have been ten times odder to bid on anyone else.

It was because of this that she found herself out of Hogsmeade altogether, instead back on the Alley: her second time since the attacks, which was turning out to be considerably easier. Walking Diagon today didn't bring to mind much of anything, except that it was getting colder out; Cho had to wonder if this was because she was really getting over it, or because her new plan made it easier to stay numb ( ... )

Justin wasn't one to hurry while he drank, especially if it was a casual and relaxing drink, like tonight. He did not intend on getting drunk at all, just a little something before going home and make dinner for himself. He sighed, a soft smile on his lips as his mind drifted towards personal thoughts.

His life was much easier than it had been told him it would be and to be honest, Justin didn't mind easy. As long as it was clear and simple, his life could always be easy. No complications.

The door opened and a figure stood in the doorway, though Justin didn't recognise her at first, a smile curled his lips when he finally realised it was Cho. If Justin had any kind of talent, it was in putting faces and names together and remembering them.

He wondered if he should wave at her, invite her over, or if he should let it go. Maybe she was here to meet someone already?

Cho deliberated a few moments more, torn; in the end she wandered further in, because of course she'd never been a stranger to whim.

There were always familiar -- and vaguely familiar -- people wandering this area, and the Leaky Cauldron always seemed to be full of various strangers she may or may not have spoken to once. For this reason it took nearly a minute for her to realise Justin was someone she knew; even then her smile was cautious, despite its earnest gleam.

"Oh!" There was a pause, sheepish. "I know you, don't I! Hello."

Justin chuckled and nodded. He was used to it by now, people remembering seeing him somewhere but never sure where and when. "Yeah, I'm Justin Finch-Fletchley. We were in DA together." he answered, smiling at her. He bit his lower lip and instant then offered her to join him if she wasn't already meeting someone.

"Oh but I intent to. I mean, I wasn't quite thinking about it until you mention it and I surely won't suddenly start wanting it bad enough to ruin everything else I've built so far." he explained, shrugging. "As I said, if it comes it will, but now that you opened my eyes to it, there is no reason for me to not keep my eyes peeled."
