RP: Quidditch Shop Hit

Late last night, Diagon Alley's Quality Qidditch Supplies was broken into, despite recent upgrades to the wards on the store.
According to Ministry Press Secretary Mary McDonald, the only thing missing from the store was the money from the register.
"With no obvious signs of a break in, such as broken glass or doors, the burglary appears to be vastly different from the others that have been taking place this summer," McDonald said.
Despite the lack of violence to the crime, the evidence also suggests that one of the perpetrators may or may have worked at the shop recently.
Alasdair Maddock, owner of the Quality Quidittch Supplies, said he was sadden that his business was targeted, but grateful nothing in the store itself was touched.
"Whoever was responsible got away with a few coins. They could have made more selling off the brooms," Maddock said.
While the investigation continues, Department of Magical Law Enforcement head, JJ Simon reminded people not to let their guard down.
"This was a mild incident compared to some in the past," he said. "However, there will be more until we can apprehend them."
