"Good afternoon, Miss Jones," she said politely as she sat. Narcissa asked the server for a sparkling water with a twist of lemon. "I am excited as well."

"Has there been any word on the Quidditch League?" Narcissa asked.

"Unfortunately, nothing concrete as of the moment," replied Gwenog, lamenting. "However, it does give me opportunity to further work on my charitable contributions. We are hoping to get the League up and running by end of year at latest, but until then, I plan to focus my energy on doing whatever I can to help rebuild community in other ways."

Gwen tucked away her paper and folded her napkin in her lap.

"So, tell me a little more about your organization."

Gwenog was eager to get started, but she also wanted to know more about what kind of organization she might represent and where it got its money and how it worked. She wouldn't want to figurehead anything if she didn't agree with its policies and practices.

Gwenog listened politely as Mrs Malfoy went through her role in the organization and what exactly they were hoping to get from Gwen's own volunteer work ( ... )
