Summary; For some reason, Rosie cannot stop crying
Completion: Complete
Rosie woke that morning without her usual smile and sparkle. In fact, she hardly felt like getting out of bed. What is wrong with me this morning? she thought as she dragged herself into the loo for a shower. She turned the water on, waited for it to reach the temperature she liked before stepping into the steaming shower. As she let the water run over her, her eyes began to water and she shoulders began to shake. She was crying for no reason.
Trying to calm herself down, Rosie thought back to the past week. Everything was good. Had a facial, twins, big fun exciting birthday bash, twins, came up with a new beer idea, twins. It was a good week, a great week in fact. It made no sense why she was standing in the shower sobbing. Unable to stop herself, she braced on hand on the wall and let the tears flow.
Her body quaked as she cried; the water in the shower starting to lose some of its heat, she stepped out. Wrapping a towel around her she sat on the toilet and cried some more. After another ten minutes or so, Rosie was calm enough to try to shower again. She took a moment to heat the water before stepping in. Shampooing and conditioning her hair, she took several deep breaths, keeping the tears at bay.
It took another twenty minutes to finish her shower and dry herself. She dressed in a pair of dark denims and a t-shirt, heading down to the kitchen. She started coffee, then pulled out dough she made the night before for bread. She began kneading the dough when it started again.
First, big fat tears would fall from her eyes and down her face. Her shoulders began to shake as the sobs took over her body. Stepping away from dough, she used the back of her hands to dry her eyes, but as soon as they were dry and she forced the sobbing to stop, it would start again. So she waited. Ten more minutes of crying until it stopped.
What the hell is wrong with me?
