Summary: Melinda treats herself to a night of drinking

Melinda had to run what felt like a ton of errands before she would be able to go home. First she had to cash her check. The clerk at the place she had been going to was starting to look at her funny, so she decided she'd have to pick a new place soon. She wasn't happy about that because check cashing place was halfway between the tube and the record store. Once she had the check cashed and the notes in her pocket, she walked to the tube and took the next train closest to Diagon.
By the time she made it to Diagon Alley, she had to run to make it to Gringotts to not only exchange the money but fill up her account. Her very own account that no one but her and the goblins could touch. She was feeling a little proud about that. While she was at the bank she saw she had some extra to spare. Deciding she deserved a reward, she gather some coins and headed back to the Leaky Cauldron, where she took a seat at the bar and order a pint.
