It didn't take too long before he was up on his feet, pacing the floor, cigarette in one hand while the other gestured rather emphatically with the letter. "What is he actually proposing to do?" He asked a rather confused and sufficiently tormented house elf. "Ask her to just vacate the premises for a moment while the grown-ups have a chat? She's in his head." He stared at the elf for a moment, knowing she wouldn't answer before returning to the main part of the letter. Maybe if he hit Rodolphus hard enough, Bellatrix would just fall out. Then again, maybe not. He was betting on the latter.

Your caution, as ever, is well noted. Which one caved? And unless you really think you can Imperius that old harridan, I'd keep keeping thinking on the transfiguration bit. A batallion is a nice way of saying I have no blood clue but we've been here a few days and there's more coming in by the hour. Seems my little speech paid off.

PS. Re: Bella. What do you know about getting rid of ghosts?

Wishful thinking, but I don't think I'm quite that good. I'll stick with the further consideration.
You always did have a gift for rhetoric.

PS. Short of exorcism (which I think only works in Muggle movies), I know nothing about getting rid of them. Tell me this is not going where I think it is going.

Well think quick, we're getting a little suspicious over here there's so many. On second thought, I'll be making my way back to speed things up.
Yes, I do. Always thought you might pick up on it one day.

PS. I think it may be, but I'm not sure. Need to test somehow. She's been quieter than usual which makes me think I'm on to something.
