Charlie slid onto the stool next to George and clasped him on the shoulder. "Sorry I'm running a mite late, mate. I bloody well hate paperwork." It was the worse part about being senior staff, too much paperwork to go with the job. He did like the perks though. Having his own cottage was brilliant. It was the first time in his life Charlie had his own space all to himself. It was going to be bloody tough giving that up when he left Wales.
"How're things with you?" Charlie asked George after asking for a pint of dark.
