Just talked to the new landlord, the apartment that we wanted upstairs will be available for us to move in on the first, and to top it off he gave it to us for the better price. I think I have to bake him cookies each month.(Note to self, learn how to bake.) I'm jumping up and down from the inside out. Now I just need to get a goddamn job,
