I did indeed- I got them in Venice; I think they're designed for exercising in. The headmistress at my school said that they were unsafe to wear on the stairs but I carried on anyway, they were great!

Hmmm... if you're feeling artistic you could do a series showing the transition. I was going to draw a second picture of my 17-18 phase featuring self-cut hair, moody expression and "I'm a [wannabe] musician" demeanour, but haven't got round to it yet...
