Don't give yourself a set amount, unless you really want to ya know . . . butttttt, do what you can and then write it down and then as you begin to climb upward in numbers you will feel satisfaction in the numbers ya know? Do reps of 10 or 12, or whatever number you want, it makes it easier to do more.
i think you should do like 100 in the morning, and 100 at night, as for push ups, ummm, those suck. if i wer eyou i would do thirty in the day and thirty at night
