Bread to Boot

May has entered in full stride and the world is awash in emerald green. Tiny deep purple violets are dotting the lawn and lilac bushes have large clusters of pale and redolent flowers. Mayflies have emerged from the creek and I was able to photo one as it rested on our door one chily morning

job front is slow - I think "The Economy" has scared everyone (I hope pets respect this and just don't get sick). What happens in mid September? lateral shift or needing to move on? I saw your note about a possible move to Florida. Don't forget to consider Boston, we'd love to have you. :) Although, visiting friends in Florida wouldn't be a bad thing either. J's used up all of his holiday but we have weekends right now, we should find a way of hooking up sometime. Miss you!

Jamie is totally welcome to come hang out. We don't have plans for that weekend yet so just let us know. We have a really nice futon bed. I'm sure it would be fine if she needed to bring the pup (or Emma! although I take it Emma is bad for car rides). It's just our humble living room in a one bed apartment but Jamie's mom is more than welcome too. Salem isn't that far away or anyplace else she would want to see. :)
