Wow, it sounds like the chorus is headed for big things :) Or at least slightly larger. I celebrated IWD by attending a meeting on how our division is being re-organized again for the nth time. Celebrate? Well, the big boss for the whole division is a woman, and any of the levels of management under her are just as likely (and numerically in our department more likely) to be women than men. And that's no big deal.
That's a pretty damn good reason to raise a toast to all of you who helped set the wheels in motion. We have come a long way, and that's worth singing about. And we have more to go, and that's worth working for.
