That looks dazzling and delightful.

I remember eating at Nyala, an Ethiopian restaurant formerly in Kits but now on Main, and having them perform a more visually modest but highly aromatic coffee roasting ceremony where they would freshly roast and bring to the table a basket of coffee beans for your coffee. My memory may be flawed since others are attributing this coffee preparation ritual to Fassil.

At Poncho's they dim the lights and the live music plays a special flaming coffee song.
