Between this and the one last week, I'm feeling healthier than I have in years.

It does, however, make me want to try and reach out to other people who've left unaddressed damage behind, which miiiiiight not be the greaaaaatest plan.

Maybe.

(I did to one anyway. It didn't go well. But it didn't destroy me this time that it didn't, which is a start.)
