Well, considering we've been LJ "Friends" for about a decade, it was easy to find this post. I merely checked my friends feed. ;)

Mind, I don't use LJ anywhere near as often as I used to, so I can see why you'd be concerned about this strange person popping up.

I'm hoping to check LJ far more frequently. I'm heartened to see so many interesting folk, such as yourself, still use it. Like so many others, I've more-or-less moved on to G+, Facebook, and twitter; but returning to LJ is almost like coming home.

Well, yes, but you haven't been around in so long that I assumed you had abandoned the platform altogether, so I was curious if you'd recently set up a feed reader or something. :-)

And yes, I'm with you. The backlash against micro-blogging is beginning to pick up steam. I like it.
