Yahoo occasionally develops a problem with certain mailing lists, which means i have to sometimes go through my spam box to check that nothing i want has ended up in there. Today, i was curious about an email with a title which, at first glance, sounded vaguely relelvant to one of the mailing lists and came from

I am generally encouraged by the idea that often these spams are composed to get people to go to websites that will install malware on their computer and that there's no particular actual content created for the sites. However I'd be fooling myself to think there isn't tons of this kind of vile stuff out there.
