Okay, I got this far, because I'm on UC instead of Double Deluxe.

Yes, "Unzip the downloaded file" was copy-pasted from the directions in that link.

By the way, if you look at your first screenshot, Double Deluxe is there in alphabetical order. You only needed to go through one more step: Ultimate Collection, then Double Deluxe. ;)
