Very sweet, lovely back-and-forth dynamics between the two of them. I especially loved this:

“Do you need that?” she asked.

“I do now,” Jane said, leaning in for another kiss, but Maura leaned back, away from her.

I'm happy to see them finally figure out that all that bickering and arguing was due to UST :-).

Yay! You wrote this! Thank you! I had forgotten about this. It's perfect, I love it. I really like the way Jane admitted she needed Maura. Nicely done.
