Feeling a little better today. The weird mixed episode is passed, I think, and I'm finally feeling tired at normal times again. I think I'll be able to manage work tomorrow. I sure HOPE I will. My goal is to make it through next pay period without a sick day, so I will have time off available for the day after Christmas to drive back from

I KNOW. Granted, as she periodically reminds me, she works in the PRIVATE sector, so they have access to this thing called MONEY. She has a company card. Her boss scolded her for purchasing and bringing in her own preferred brand of pens, made her take those home, and purchase more for herself with said company card. She has a work laptop, and a work tablet for when the laptop is too cumbersome. She has a fancy blackberry phone for work. She is fresh out of college and her professional job, where she makes six grand more than I do, is to be her company's digital presence- she gets to play around on Facebook, twitter, pinterest, and all the other social media sites, for a living.

I wish I had those problems.
