Let's have another Awesome August
Come on, popslashers, let's not just let it go without so much as a wimper. I'd really, really love to have an Awesome August, with fresh ficlets posted every day, so how about it? Are you ready to have a go?
You realise, of course, we have forty-five pairings available to us! I'm not proposing that anyone write *all* of them (although, how incredibly awesome that would be!), but I will offer a banner to anyone who manages to write something about all ten Nsync and BSB members-that could be five pairing stories, or a bunch of threesomes, or ten individual stories, or one mighty story (but no fair just giving Howie a couple of sentences to prove he's there, the story has to be *about* each of them in a meaningful way). Of course, it's not necessary to go to such lengths, you can just write one ficlet, or maybe two...
In the hope of providing you with a little extra inspiration, I'm providing prompts for some of the days-and if anyone would like to suggest more prompts, please do and I'll add them in. Also, if anyone wants to post a plotbunny for a story they'd like to read, go ahead. It's *not* a requirement to write a story that fits the day's prompt, they're just optional extras in case you need a nudge.
Please, please, sign up to fill a day. Two days! More! Ideally, I'd love it if we could manage a new story-any length-every day, but it would be wonderful to have other things in addition, like rec lists, reviews, graphics, vids, meta. I think pop fandom still has a lot to celebrate, so let's make August awesome this year.
