Her name is Olivia Ong and she's a Singaporean singer. Her wiki stub is here. I only knew it's her because I heard her rendition of Ain't no sunshine on the radio.

When I saw Olivia I thought it`s Olivia Luftkin (jap.), `cos her stage name is OLIVIA. So I suggest to change title to Olivia Ong - to don`t be confused. ;]
