Tomorrow, the social committe at my workplace is having a free hot dog day with prizes for those who dress up in red.

The workforce in the office (all floors) is 97% female.

Am I the only one who sees humour in this?

What, women aren't supposed to wear red? or is it one of those fashion things...can't wear red after January or before April, except on the 3rd Thursday of the month, but only if it falls in the 4th week?

or is it something about hot dogs?

The lady in red....it was a nice song the first 10,000 times....

Did you tell them it should have been on a Friday!

And yes, it is humourous in a freudian kind of way...

Of course, nothing about a "scarlet woman"...eh?

I still don't get it, I'm so stupid...

I mean...red is valentines, today is valentines...is that the significance?

Does it really have something to do with the scarlet letter? I mean...do you have many adulterers in your office? ...with 97% females, I'd not expect so, not much office-sex to be had...although if that was the case, those 3% of males would be lucky...and I may need to switch careers...

I r st00pid...
