I'm already a member of that comm, but I'm ridiculously lazy and don't want to sort through all the new posts they get every day for promising tunes. haha. I would prefer if people were like, "OH, HEY. This is my new favourite song! LISTEN TO IT!" (It's such a lifesaver for free stuff though. \o/)

Omg! You know, I asked about the HP cardboard thingies, the sort of slim-ish rectangular ones are about $500 and the really huge 3D ones that take up a whole wall get auctioned off for about $6000 each! =O

Did you see that merlinaustralia mix post? There's someone recced in there called Heather Dale, and I've been listening to two of her songs a LOT recently - Kingsword and Mordred's Lullaby. :D

YESSS! We are going to be SO on top of it! Though I still have a chance with the Golden Crumpets Merlin thingies - end of August they told me was when they were taking them down. You can bet I'll be back there asking about them!
Thanks heaps for that! Everyone seems to use DVD Shrink - so I'll defs be getting that. Ah, Macs. I used to absolutely hate them for a time, because they were so hard to get around if you're used to a PC. I quite like them now though.

I use DVD Shrink to rip my DVDs and Auto Gordian Knot to convert them into AVI files.
