XDXD it’s nice to see Evermore on this list! However, that ‘light surrounding you’ song I cannot listen to without thinking of Home and Away LOL. Silverchair used to be one of my favourite bands but I stopped liking them after Neon Ballroom. =(

LOL! Aah, good ol Home and Away. I don't remember when they used "light surrounding you" though. I sorta drift in and out of my Home and Away watching phase. You can basically pick up on the story line even if you don't watch for like, 3 months or something. XD

And I know what you mean about Silverchair. Straight Lines is pretty much the only song I like from them nowadays. Not that I was even their biggest fan in the earlier days though...I don't know what happened, but I think they just went right over my head, I have hardly any recollection of them. *feels guilty*

And the piggyback ride...hee...I keep watching it because Archie has the most eager/mischievious look on his face before he jumps Cook. Ooh, I like my wording there. "Jumps Cook"...hehe.

did you watch it when that rocco kid stabbed sally? there was this version of the light surrounding you video that was like, dedicated to the life of sally up until her stabbing (i think it was released before the new season started, so it was an anticipation thing). it was fucking lame.

yeah, they used to be good until Daniel Johns started being really wankerish and the music went all soft.

oh archie. i luv him. and you know cook likes being jumped by him or he wouldn't have suggested it ;)

Oh, I didn't watch that part. I guess I was in my non-watching stage. lol. But thank god I didn't, or else I'd be associating the song with some crappy tv show instead of the deliciousness that is Cookleta.

Sally seems to get stabbed a lot. I recall her being stabbed about 2 months ago...she was near death again. It's a wonder she doesn't have a serious aversion to knives.

Oh I know right? It's fantastic. I hit shuffle on my iPod the other day, and 'Song Beneath the Song' came on and I was like *Cookleta revelation moment*.

I can't listen to many songs without thinking of the Davids nowadays! Like, yesterday for example, I was driving in my car and 'Apologize' came on and I love it now that Archie sang it during the finale, then I switched the station and 'Always Be My Baby' came on and I was like 'hmm that was weird'. Then when that was over, I switched the station AGAIN and 'Don't Let the Sun Go Down on Me' came on. I was completely giddy at that point and I just cranked the volume up and sang along to my heart's content (and probably getting weird looks from cars passing by)!

They're taking over my life, I tell ya!
