If you can work stereotypes into it, you could point out, that despite him looking all buff and 'gansta', Vin Disel is actually a big geek fanboy and that his tattoo on his arm is actually his D&D Ranger's name in Elvish.

I'm trying to get them away from being reliant on stereotypes as a technique since there's only so much you can do with it and generalisations don't get very good marks.
