All right, I've got to know: Are there any publishing outfits here? In a town this size, the chances seem slim, but for all I know, there's a paper no one's mentioned to me. You're a writer too? I don't actually miss having a publisher here though... [he never makes his deadlines... his editor has to come after him literally] Plus there is no money here, you know.

It's a pay cut of two cents per word, and there's no rent to make. Losing out on a profit isn't going to break me.

Sounds interesting. I mostly write science fiction these days, but I like weird tales of any kind.
