This is essentially how we make our nachos! But we a) use less mince and more vegetables (carrots, capsicum, garlic), b) add cumin, coriander, chili and oregano, c) add balsamic vinegar and brown sugar, and d) simmer it for at least half an hour. All of these things make it superior and are recommended for true nacho deliciousness.
Yum, thanks for the tips! Most recipes are superior to Food In A Minute recipes (I have a suspicion I am the first person to actually ever try one out), but it was the bake aspect that intrigued me - it's upside down nachos!
I think we should have a recipe-comparing nacho night. Not because recipes need to be compared, but just because it sounds a bit more classy than a 'ALL THE NACHOS ARE BELONG TO ME OM NOM NOM NOM GAAAAAAAAARRRRRR *unholy drooling sounds* night'
