I have a pack of old $0.34 stamps and need to mail an envelope this morning, but have no way to get out to buy stamps at the current rate...can I just put two $0.34 stamps on the envelope and have it be valid?  I know I'll be out the extra few cents, but I'm desperate and just don't want the envelope sent back to me!  Thanks!

Yes. As long as the total is equal to or more than the cost of mailing the envelope, it's valid. You can put on two ten-cent stamps and 21 one-cent stamps, if you want, or a one-dollar stamp. Doesn't matter.
