Yours ain't too bad itself.

I made mine myself, with pictures from TrekCore.com. They have screencaps of pretty much every single episode of Star Trek ever made.

Like Encounter at FarPoint. I heard Q give that little speech ("My ship, my crew..."), and instantly thought, "That would make a nifty icon." Went over to TrekCore, and sure enough, perfect screencaps.
