I have a question Mitch. Why do you deem it necessary to end each post and email witch "~Mitch"? I would think that it would be safe to assume that any post or email originating from your email address and your livejournal would come from you. I mean, even if someone else was posting and pretending they were you, they would obviously attribute their message to "~Mitch". Just wondering....
