At work today, one of our leaders decided that we're meditating. I'm stuck in a room where I have to hear about blue healing energy being sent to the kidneys. Spleen and stomach gold color. Green energy to the liver, Heart red, lungs white.... Etc. I can't get away from reiki and chakras, can I? Now she's talking about swirling all the colors

Is it possible to address it with HR? They can't MAKE you do things like that...especially when reiki can be dangerous...also especially if it ultimately has nothing to do with your job.
