Its Psypher abilities seem to have been stifled somehow. I'm not entirely sure if there any Phozons in this place at all, so perhaps that may be the problem. In any case, it doesn't matter.

This weapon was forged from the jewels of the Netherworld. My father slew a Demon Beast with it. It has saved my life more

What are Phozons?

The life force of all living things. This sword can absorb Phozons and release them in the form of magic. That doesn't seem to be the case here, however...
